These terms govern your use of PaidHQ and every product in the PaidHQ family, including BudgetHQ (together, the "Services"), operated by Fractional Paid Media ("PaidHQ," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using a Service, you agree to these terms.
PaidHQ is a family of tools for paid media professionals. BudgetHQ, the first available Service, helps you plan budgets, tag and segment ad spend, connect ad platforms, and track pacing and forecasts against your budgets. Additional Services will be added over time and are covered by these same terms once available.
You need an account to use the Services. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
You own the data you put into a Service — your budgets, tags, spend data, and files. We don't claim ownership over it, and we only use it as described in our privacy policy: to run the Services for you, not to sell or repurpose elsewhere.
You authorize each ad platform connection yourself, through that platform's own consent flow, and can revoke it at any time. Where you grant management permissions, the Services can create and change campaigns, ad sets, ads, audiences, budgets, bids, and targeting on a connected platform, but only when an authorized user of your workspace requests it. You are responsible for the changes you request and for the content of the ads you run, including compliance with each platform's advertising policies. We aren't responsible for outages, API changes, or data accuracy issues originating from a third-party ad platform itself.
Don't use the Services to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, attempt to breach our systems, or resell/sublicense access without our agreement. We can suspend or terminate access for a clear violation of these terms.
Some Services, including BudgetHQ, are currently offered without a paid subscription while still early in development. If and when paid plans launch for a Service, pricing and billing terms will be presented clearly before you're charged anything, and these terms will be updated accordingly.
We're actively building the Services and may add, change, or remove features, and may experience downtime for maintenance or issues outside our control. We'll try to give notice of material changes where practical, but the Services are provided without guarantee of uninterrupted availability, especially while in active early development.
The Services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Budget forecasts, pacing projections, and any other computed figures are estimates based on the data available to the Service — they are decision-support, not a guarantee of future spend or performance. You're responsible for your own advertising and budgeting decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaidHQ and Fractional Paid Media aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including decisions made based on a forecast, projection, or report the Services produced.
You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for a violation of these terms, or discontinue a Service with reasonable notice where practical.
We'll update this page if these terms change, and update the date at the top. Continuing to use a Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
